Zombie Queen

Background Abandoned

Karleigh Sue are sponsoring the Challenge over at Artistic Inspirations
Thank you Cheri for your generosity. I am so excited about this challenge as I am on the Karleigh Sue Design Team as well as the Artistic Inspirations Design Team. I hope you will all show your appreciation and enter your wonderful projects.
I printed this wonderfully creepy image onto neenah as I find this works so well with my promarkers with no bleeding. I then imported the coloured image into Craft Artist 2 where I removed the white surround and added an equally creepy background.

Birthday Sweets Inspirational post

I used this cute Karleigh Sue Birthday Sweets digi to make a birthday card for my cousin-in-laws daughter. (is there such a thing as a cousin-in-law?)

I coloured her using my Polychromo pencils.
Sorry I still havent got to grips with listing what I used!

I cut her out with one of my circle dies, so that the balloon stood out of the circle
Then mat and layered her on more circles from papers in my stash.

I used another die set for the sentiments mat and layers.

Then added a bow and ribbon from my stash.

Please pop over to Karleigh Sue challenge and share your projects.
We love to see them.
Kind regards
Theresa

1984

Isn't she gorgeous! Beautifully drawn by Cheri with a perfect 80's hairdo.
Printed onto neenah and coloured with promarkers and spectrum noir pencils then imported into Craft Artist 2 where I removed the white surround and built up a background.
Humm...Now then, what was I getting up to in 1984? Moving back to England from Munich. Traveling to Beirut and coming 2nd in the World Championships in a sport. Getting engaged the first time round. 1984 was a very good year.

Just a beer please

Bettina here today and I am about to show you my make with Just a bear please. I just love the new sassy line and many of them is perfect to make the male birthday cards, and that is just what I did.

Can you imagine her sitting in the bar waiting for her man with her cute tank top?? I know I can. I teamed her with some fab new papers from Studio line and added some openers from a can. I used Tim Holtz stencil mask for the sun and memory box for the stars.

Just a beer please is coloured with my promarkers and you can find the list in my blog.

Please pop over to Karleigh Sue's challenge blog and share your projects.
We love to see them

measure card blank and cut a square of baked sugar cardstock 3mm smaller.

from the centre of the baked sugar and tempting turquoise cardstocks, die cut the banner die and lay aside for later. layer and adhere all three cardstocks.

cut a piece of pumpkin pie cardstock to 11cm square and a piece of tempting turquoise 3mm smaller, and a piece of chevron 'up and away' paper to 3mm smaller than that. adhere together.
cut a piece of cheesecloth roughly 1.5 cm bigger than this section, and stick to the back. then stick the layer to the one below.

to create the third layer, use your smaller left over pieces of cardstock to create a piece that goes across the width of the card front , using brown sugar cardstock ( 13x6.5cm) , melon mambo cardstock (12.7x 6.2 cm) and the reverse of the flutterby DSP (12.2 x 5.9cm)
glue down, then cut ribbon slightly longer than the width of your card. glue this to the middle of the strip using glossy accents.

layer your banner die cuts so they overlap slightly and glue together , then add to top right of card.
add double sided foam pads to back of image oval (you may need to double up in some areas) and adhere to left hand side. finally add the self adhesive rhinestones to top left, top right and bottom left corners

Seniorita

I really must go back to photographing my projects. I coloured this vibrant young woman with glittery ballpoint pens and fluorescent pens and nothing has shown up. She certainly was a delight to colour with very clean lines.
I printed her onto neenah cardstock and used just a few promarkers.. the rest as above. Then I imported her into Craft Artist 2 where I removed the white surround and added a background.

Bring it on Baby

Today Im sharing a card that I made using the Karleigh Sue digi Bring It On Baby, I love Karleigh Sue dig's as they have attitude. To make my card I started with a square red base card then matted it with a paper from Kaisers Scrapyard collection. I distressed the edges of the paper as I wanted a grungy feel. The sentiment and the stars are also for Kaiser Craft. I printed out my digi stamp and then coloured with copic markers and cut her out and popped her up with double sided foam tape
Here are the colours that I used:
E33,E35,B34,B37,R22,R24,R27,E000,E00,E01,R20,C3,C5,C7,C9
To get your hands on this awesome digi here is the link Bring it on Baby

Just A Beer Inspirational post

I am magically blogging this as I fly to Rhodes ;-) lol
With this card is in my suitcase for a barmans birthday over there.

This project uses Karleigh Sue Just A beer Please digi.

I used my Polychromo pencils to colour her.
(sorry I got carried away with the colouring and didn't list the pencils used)

I cut her out using one of my fancy dies.
layered up over the same die in card from my stash.
Wanting to keep the 'bar' theme I rummaged through my peel off stash (once I'd wiped the dust off them!) and found a beer glass and bottle with glass.
Filled with diamond glass to get the glass effect and glued cotton wool on the pint for the beer head.

Please pop over to Karleigh Sue's challenge blog and share your projects.
We love to see them

Kind Regards
Theresa
