It's Bikini Season

Good Morning Lovelies!!

The adorable image I have for you today is Bikini Season.  Do you get to the gym and workout?  Me- not so much.  Maybe if I did,  I would look as AWESOME as this image. LOL However, the gym would cut into my Copic coloring time- don't you agree? LOL

However, if I keep saying this mantra- Imagine, Believe, Achieve...maybe someday I will get there.  So have you gone over to the Karleigh Sue ETSY store and chosen an image for the Karleigh Sue Challenge Blog?  Get on over there and win yourself some free digis.
Hugs,
Amy

Todays inspiration post is using Lady luck.

I used her as a new home card for my neice

I used the following pro markers
skin - apricot, oatmeal, blush
Hair - tan, cinnamon, cocoa, henna

Clover - meadow green, apple, leaf green, bright green
Horseshoe - warm grey 1, 2, 3, 4
Star - yellow, canary, sunflower

Ladybird - lipstick red, berry red, red

The papers I found in my stash from an old craft magazine.
I cut 3 circles and embossed with a ball tool to look like candi.

Oopsie!

Good morning everyone!  Today I have the pleasure or hosting the Karleigh Sue Inspiration Blog, and I am sharing a card I made using one of my favorite Karleigh Sue images from the May 2015 new releases.  She is called 'Oopsie', and you can find her here, and bunches of other A-mazing Karleigh Sue designs over in the Karleigh Sue Etsy Shop.  I'm really loving all of the bad a$$ images lately, though her cuties are gorgeous too!

I coloured the image using copics, and used My Minds Eye papers
the banner die is a joanna sheen die, and is one of my favourites! the heart cut outs make great embellies too...

Be An Original

Hello everyone!  It's Audrey from the DT and here I am, back on the Karleigh Sue Inspiration blog with another creation to share using one of the brilliant images from Karleigh Sue Etsy Shoppe.  I hope everyone is having a great start to summer!  We had an entire week of rain last week, but I am hoping to have some nicer weather this week.

Today, I am using Zombie Princess image which can be found in Karleigh Sue Etsy Shoppe.  This is a super fun image and as always, so much fun to color!

I have another different kind of fold to share today and this time it's a split easel card.  I hope you like seeing some different folds, they are definitely fun to play around with!

Another thing about today's creation is that I decided to go completely out of my comfort zone of bright colors and go to a more zombiefied place:)  So, I went with

Copic colors as follows:

Hair - C3, C5, C7, RV66
Skin - RV000, RV00, RV02, V01, V04
Crown - N3, N5, N7, V04, V06
Dress V01, V04, V06, V09, N3, N5, N7

Image is highlighted with V000

My DP is from Prima (cats) and Recollections.  I chose sentiment from Jaded Blossom that is cut with Lil Inker die.  Image cut with Nestie.  Bling flourishes are from Prima.

I sure hope you like how this came out and hopefully it has provided some inspiration for you:)  Remember to check out Karleigh Sue Etsy Shoppe, Karleigh Sue Facebook Fan Group and Karleigh Sue Challenge blog.  Have a great day!!

Hugs:)

Little Mer-friends

by Cheri
This little lady is right at home under the sea with home comforts and a cup of tea. An absolute delight to colour. I printed her onto neenah cardstock and coloured her with promarkers and spectrum noir pencils then imported her into Craft Artist 2 for the backgrounds. With more details on my blog.
